I am Hannah Daly, a licensed massage therapist since 2018, something about massage sparked an interest and years later I am still fascinated by all the different ways our bodies respond to different treatments and techniques.

Along with deep tissue, Swedish, pregnancy, cupping, and hot stone I recently added manual lymph drainage to my list of modalities that I uses to create a custom routine for each individual client. I love to find new and personalized ways to improve the quality of life, ease discomfort and reduce stress for clients that come to see me.

When I’m not working I am spending time with my kids finding fun activities to do with them. I enjoy being outside and roaming to beautiful places, I’d love to hear about some beautiful places you have been to!
