What is Manual Lymphatic Drain? MLD is a gentle, but very effective form of manual therapy that can be done immediately after surgery, it is done with hands, and no lotion or oil, and gently moves fluid under the skin, helping to reduce swelling and promote healing.

These therapies include: Manual Lymphatic Drain, Red Light Therapy, Vibroacoustic Therapy, and PEMF. Additionally, we have a group room that offers sound bath sessions, meditation classes and more!
