My name's Kelley Kolberg, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to be part of the at Enliven Massage and Wellness team. I'm a licensed massage therapist specializing in integrative massage, focusing on each individual's specific needs. I've been a massage therapist since 2006, following my graduation from Arizona School of Integrative Studies.
With experience working with a diverse range of clients—including folks with developmental and physical disabilities as well as elderly clients—I bring a compassionate and adaptable approach. I hold a master’s degree in Dream and Consciousness Studies from John F. Kennedy University in California and am trained in energy work, such as craniosacral therapy and polarity therapy. I am also trained in the Trager Approach, which uses gentle oscillation to help clients release unconscious holding patterns.
I believe one of the most vital skills for a massage therapist is compassionate listening and allowing our own bodies to guide the healing process from a space of genuine care. I’m excited to incorporate lymph drainage massage into my practice, as this gentle technique supports the movement of lymph fluid, helping to remove toxins, reduce swelling, and improve circulation. It can also promote relaxation and enhance overall well-being.
Thank you for welcoming me to this miraculous haven, which I am honored to now call Home!
